“Words cannot describe how impactful having Lisa as my therapist has been for me. I was not new to therapy when I had my first session with Lisa. However, what I realized is that I had never been completely honest with those prior therapists. I enjoyed hearing them affirm my victim/all-about-me mindset, requiring no work from within. Doing that just allowed me to continue the same unhealthy cycle. Lisa patiently allowed me to let the walls I had built up from years of protecting myself be removed. She provided me with homework assignments that made me have to look at myself. And helped me to celebrate every win in my life, no matter how big or small! I am truly grateful to her and the growth I have been able to achieve these last four years. To come from a family that did not believe in therapy to now say “think you should talk to Lisa” truly says a lot about what the difference my family sees she makes in my life.”

“Lisa has been a remarkable source of insight and revelation in my life. With her therapeutic approach, we incorporate a spiritual element that aligns perfectly with my spiritual beliefs and brings comfort. I find her very easy to talk to and I feel comfortable letting my guard down with her. From our first conversation/consult she asked ALL of the right questions. I had spoken to about 5-6 other therapists but I knew right away that she was the one that I wanted to embark on a therapeutic relationship with. I never feel rushed in our sessions and I see progress in my interpersonal and personal relationships. When I met her, I was depressed and distraught. Meeting with her over the last 8 months has given me the tools I need to approach conflict and adversity differently, and I feel that I understand some of the whys in my life a little bit better. I have referred at least three friends to her, and I look forward to continuing to experience the fullness of this therapeutic relationship.”
