Online; for individuals. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a specialized technique used to treat trauma, anxiety, and depression. Typically, meetings are weekly.

Couples Therapy
Online, for couples who want to dedicate ongoing time to improving their relationship. Sessions are usually weekly, bi-weekly or month depending on your situation.
50 minute sessions | $180/session
Couples Intensive
Online, for couples who are looking to work through a specific challenge or ongoing tension in their relationship. Can also be used as premarital counseling.
